Ordering

  • Once your order is placed, we begin the crafting process—especially for jewelry. No changes or cancellations can be made after this point.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. RETURNS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned with all original packaging in perfect condition

Exchanges or returns of parts of necklaces are not accepted. That is, if a necklace composed of a chain or bead necklace plus a pendant was purchased, the exchange or return must be for the purchased combination, not for each part separately.
